ok, you and I make a to day delicious then I am telling a today how to make the famous Maharastra dish pav bhaji. you must have heard about it sometime and you had also eaten it. but you have tried to make it at home. no so today you are ready to make pav bhaji on own hand. it is too easy to make and it has ingredients that are ordinary. that you can easily receive in your home.
SO,BHAJI INGREDIENTS.
▢1tbsp + 1 tbsp butter
▢3 tomatoes (finely slashed)/ (grinded)
▢¼ cup peas/matar
▢½ capsicum (finely slashed)
▢½ eggplant (finely slashed)
▢2 potatoes (bubbled and pounded)
▢1 tsp salt
▢1 tsp + ¼ tsp Kashmiri red bean stew powder/lal mirch powder
▢¼ tsp turmeric/haldi
▢1 tsp + ½ tsp pav bhaji masala
▢1 tsp + 1 tsp Kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
▢2 tbsp + 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely slash ped)
▢1 tsp ginger garlic pasta
▢1 onion (finely slashed)
▢½ lemon juice
▢3 drops of red food tone (discretionary)
▢water to change consistency.
▢ coriander (for garnish)
PAV INGREDIENTS.
▢1tbsp + 1 tbsp butter
▢ pav bread
▢ red Kashmiri chill
▢pav bhaji masala
▢ coriander (for garnish)
Pav Bhaji Recipe
firstly, heat a large pan 1 tbsp margarine(butter) and add 3 tomatoes, ¼ cup peas, ½ sweet pepper, 2 boil potatoes and ½ t free salt. fry for 2 minutes.
Then, add ½ cup water and blend well.
Cover and boil for 10 minutes.
mash and mix the vegetables till they are mixed well and totally soft.
It is cooked thoroughly to ensure flavor.
Now take a pan or a also take space the same pan center and heat butter in it and add 1 tsp bean stew powder (chill powder), ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp ginger garlic Also add onion paste, 1 onion, and juice of ½ lemon.

Presently add 3 drops of red food tone and mix well.
Then, add some water or as expected for consistency.
Cook and mash for 5 minutes and gauge the pav bhaji till it becomes tacky and plush.
Presently cook pav by heating ½ tsp butter and add a bit of Kashmiri chili powder, pav bhaji masala, and 1 tsp coriander leaves. Blend well.
Presently cut 2 pavs in the center and fry with flavored butter
fry both sides of the pav till the pav turns out to be somewhat hot.
at long last, serve pav and bhaji as pav bhaji with garnished onions, coriander, lemon, and margarine(butter).
